1 YEAR WARRANTY
Our warranty covers product defects in materials or craftsmanship within 365 days of purchase. The Decone warranty does NOT cover: orders placed over 365 days ago, final sale or clearance items, or typical wear and tear damage (yellowing, scratches, dents, etc.). Products within warranty will be replaced or exchanged with a product of equal value.

Shipping times
All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Hongkong/Japan. The shipments are fully tracked—from our door to yours.
Orders need 2-3 days of processing before they ship out. Please remember shipping time doesn't include these processing days.

Tracking
All orders are 100% tracked. You’ll receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your parcel once your order leaves our warehouse. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking link to start showing shipping information.

We do not deliver to PO boxes or parcel stations.
Free returns within 30 days of purchase! Items must be returned unused and in the original packaging, along with the original packing slip. Items on "Sale" or "Clearance are not eligible for returns. Charges may apply for replacements due to incorrect sizing. Please allow 5-10 business days for a return to be processed.
